The 𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐋 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐠𝐞𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐰 (MigRefLaw), in partnership with the 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 (HRRL) and the CoSME Project, is pleased to announce the programme of the Workshop “𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝑫𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑴𝒊𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: 𝑨 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑬𝒏𝒅?”.
The Workshop will take place in 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐧𝐢𝐮𝐬 (Lithuania) on 𝟒 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, 12:30-15:30 EEST, as a side event of the 𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐋 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 on “𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒂𝒘”, during which leading and emerging young scholars will reflect upon the conference theme from the perspective of international and EU migration and refugee law.
Panel #1 on “𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝒅𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓/𝒎𝒊𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒎𝒐𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚” will feature the reflections of Niovi Vavoula (University of Luxembourg), Francesca Tassinari (University of the Basque Country), 𝐃𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐮 & 𝐄𝐯𝐚 𝐓𝐳𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐚 (University of Athens), 𝐈𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐨 (University of Deusto).
Panel #2 on “𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒂-𝒅𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏-𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒊𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒔𝒚𝒍𝒖𝒎 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒑𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒔” will include presentations by Vladislava Petrova Stoyanova(Lund University), Rohit Gupta (Centre for International Law Research and Policy), Agnese Palazzi (University of Bologna), Riccardo Vecellio Segate (University of Groningen).
